Soulgate at Tearful Forest

A soulgate is a circle of rocks. Laid out in a purposeful pattern. This one is located in the Tearful Forest in Chartland.
When magic energy is released in the circle, it teleports anything inside it to any soulgate the user wishes to travel to as long as they are aware of this soulgate. If the user doesn't know of any soulgate it will teleport them to a random soulgate.
