Kazad Gnol
Kazad Gnol was the capital of Karak Durak.
It was built into the White Mountains in todays Calaia. It was a hold of great wealth, the halls were plated in thick engraved sheets of gold, and gems were set at regular intervals into these walls.
The whole mountain home was an impressive sight, the vault held large amounts of gold, gems and other metals. It is obvious that this was the gem of its kingdom. Today its halls lay dark and silent, covered in dust and cobwebs. Large sections have collapsed and it is hidden from the world as its entrance has collapsed as well.
It could be said that this hold, might be the origin of the Kazad Ril myth.
