Stark Tower
Stark Tower is one of the highest buildings in the Capital. It rises a hundred floors from the ground, a marvel of modern technology, prototype of self-sustaining building using clean energy from the Arc Reactor Technology.
On the lowest floor of the building, there is a exposition space for Starks' prototypes and simulations. Higher floors are rented to various socii of Familia de Stark, who are responsible for executing these prototypes. Above them, there are residential areas for Familia's signiferi and curatori, with the highest floors reserved for the Familia. The highest floor is a heavily restricted workshop/laboratory of Lord Anthony de Stark.
The Stark Tower is entirely self-sustaining with the Arc Reactor and hydroponics located in the basement.

Architecture
History
Built 2011/2012 on the lot after razed Stark mansion. Whole building was designed as a prototype of self-sustaining, energically-independent architecture. As Tony and Pepper agreed on designing something completely new, they decided it should be revolutionary not only structurally, but also esthetically. Therefore, they didn't use any Atlantan-typical ornaments and decorations, but used the materials and structural elements as adornments.
