Description
Elven bread is traditionally a rolled or layered pastry loaf. The signiture qualities of the bread are that it is light, fine grained, and sweet - more so than any other bread made on
Asyur. Besides the exquisite taste, the bread is also extremely nourishing, and provides twice the nutritional value of rations at half the weight. Elven bread has a very lengthy shelf-life.
Reputation
Eating too much elf-bread is known to make memebrs of most races grow fat and obese. While the bread is not considered to be dangerous, when consumed in great quantities it can be life threatening.
It is rumored that this elf-bread played a huge roll in
