Vaneryth was one of the slaves rescued by Evelyn from the Daggerhound. She had been in the middle of attempting to kill Zelirana when the slavers had ambushed and captured both of them, then they’d been sold as a matched set.
Vaneryth originally left Evelyn to return home. However the authorities there decided she had made serious mistakes. Her magical and physical strength was greatly reduced and her wings removed. She was sent back to the mortal plane to learn her lesson, at which point she returned to Evelyn. Later, she decided not to return to the angelic sphere. Her powers have been returned and she no longer serves her former patron.
