Site Claw
Site Claw (so named because most of those working there have been gashed multiple times) is a scientific outpost on Valath. It is funded by Lady Xalryx to help protect the planet's frost drakes. The scientists stationed there are Elric, Doris and Dann.
The outpost's main function is breeding frost drakes. The scientists are also cloning them and adding genetic diversity by using some DNA extracted from the bodies of those that have been killed.
The site's work is being interfered with by bootleggers draining a major ley line to create alcohol and by poachers who are killing the drakes before most of them can reach adulthood.

Lady Xalryx hired Evelyn to deal with the bootleggers and poachers. Evelyn moved a planetary ley line to disrupt the bootleggers' operation then killed the poachers.
