Kirdrel
Kirdrel is a system with an average yellow sun. There is a single gas giant far out-system and two inner planets. There is also a lot of debris in the system, concentrated in a region where two outer planets broke up.
The system's inhabitable planet is mottled green, blue, and brown, with white clouds covering a good deal of its surface. Unusually for most of the planets of its type, it doesn't have a moon of its own, just several orbiting asteroids. As such, the planet has numerous pockmarks from where meteors have fallen to the earth.
The planet was originally inhabited by dark elves. Their gods moved them to another planet to avoid disaster - only for them then to die off due to a plague.
The exact nature of the disaster that struck Kirdrel is unknown, however the planet seems to be recovering from a recent ice age. Records speak of the earth rumbling, several of the dark elves' underground cities collapsing, and the skies going dark. Many of their crops failed, famine struck, and the predators on the surface began hunting them.
At the request of Yrisiel Gloryheart, Evelyn accompanies Fiona Welken on her expedition to the planet.

During the expedition, the group discover the hidden city of Evrintar where they meet Tiran and battle the Star Eater. It was the coming of the Star Eater that caused the disaster.
