Ceeana Talcar
Ceeana Talcar is an archmage-ranked artificer from Rykon where she is professor of artificing at Vemlir University. She is a half-elf.
She is currently on sabbatical from the university and on board the Djinn's Gift as part of Evelyn's crew. She is attempting to teach Evelyn how to be more subtle and efficient in her spellcasting.
