Rin's Jutsu List

Basic Style

  Shuriken Jutsu (Shuriken no Jutsu)

  You throw a handful of shuriken at a target within range. Make a ranged spell attack for each shuriken. On a hit, each shuriken deals 1d4 + Dexterity modifier piercing damage.   Shadow Clone Jutsu (Kage Bunshin no Jutsu)

  You create up to four shadow clones of yourself. Each clone has the same stats as you but has 1 hit point. The clones can move and act independently. When a clone is destroyed, it disappears in a puff of smoke. You can disperse a clone at will, causing it to vanish instantly.   Substitution Jutsu (Kawarimi no Jutsu)

  You can substitute yourself with a nearby object to avoid an attack. The attack automatically misses you and hits the object instead, which must be within 5 feet of you. The object takes the damage and is destroyed if it cannot withstand the hit.   Transformation Jutsu (Henge no Jutsu)

  You can transform into another person, creature, or object of similar size. The transformation lasts for the duration or until you choose to revert to your true form. While transformed, you retain your game statistics but gain the physical appearance of the chosen form.   Body Flicker Jutsu (Shunshin no Jutsu)

  Description: Rin places an explosive tag on a surface or object. When triggered, the tag explodes, dealing 4d6 fire damage to all creatures within 10 feet. A creature can make a Dexterity saving throw, taking half damage on a successful save.

    Fireball Jutsu (Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu)

Water Style

    Water Dragon Jutsu (Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu)

  Description: Rin creates a massive dragon made of water that crashes into enemies. Each creature in a 60-foot line that is 5 feet wide must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 10d8 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.   Water Prison Jutsu (Suiton: Suirou no Jutsu)

  Description: Rin traps a creature in a sphere of water. The target must make a Strength saving throw or be restrained and unable to breathe until the jutsu ends. The target can make another Strength saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.   Water Whip Jutsu (Suiton: Mizuno Muchi)

  Description: Rin summons a massive wave of water that crashes down on enemies. Each creature in a 60-foot cone must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 12d8 bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and isn't knocked prone.  

Lightning Style

    Lightning Blade (Raikiri)

  Description: Rin charges her hand with concentrated lightning, ready to pierce through enemies. The next melee attack she makes within the duration deals an extra 8d8 lightning damage.   Chidori (One Thousand Birds)

  Description: Rin dashes forward with a concentrated ball of lightning in her hand. Make a melee spell attack. On a hit, the target takes 6d10 lightning damage and must make a Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of their next turn.   Lightning Dragon Jutsu (Raiton: Ryū no Jutsu)

  You summon a dragon made of lightning that arcs towards a target within range. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw. The target takes 10d8 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. The lightning then jumps to another target of your choice within 30 feet of the first target, dealing half as much damage.   Lightning Armor Jutsu (Raiton: Kaminari no Yoroi)

  You surround yourself with an armor of lightning. You gain immunity to lightning damage and your speed increases by 10 feet. Additionally, any creature that hits you with a melee attack takes 3d8 lightning damage.  

Ice Style

    Ice Sword Jutsu (Hyoton: Tsurugi no Jutsu)

  • Duration: Concentration, up to 1 hour
  Description: Rin forms a sword made of pure ice. She gains a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls with this magical weapon, which deals an extra 2d8 cold damage on a hit.   Ice Dragon Jutsu (Hyoton: Ryu no Jutsu)

  Description: Rin creates a solid wall of ice on a solid surface within range. The wall is 6 inches thick and made up of ten 10-foot-by-10-foot panels. Each panel has AC 12 and 30 hit points. If this is used as a reaction, the wall negates up to 15 hit points but regardless of the damage dealt, the wall gets shattered, any damage that higher than 15 goes through to the target.   Crystallized Hands (Hyoton: Kessho no Te)

  You create a protective barrier around a creature within range. The target gains temporary hit points equal to 3d10 + your spellcasting ability modifier. While the barrier is active, the target has advantage on saving throws against spells.   Strength Enhancement Jutsu (Yin-Yang: Kyōka Jutsu)

  You enhance the physical strength of a creature you touch. For the duration, the target’s melee weapon attacks deal an additional 2d6 damage, and they have advantage on Strength checks and saving throws.

    Electrified Tsunami Surge (Suiton: Denki Daibakufu no Jutsu)

  Description: Rin combines her water and lightning jutsu to create a massive electrified wave. Each creature in a 60-foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 12d8 lightning damage and 12d8 bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and isn't knocked prone.   Ice Prison: Frozen Lotus (Hyoton: Kogoeru Renge)
