Reliquary of the Skull of the Highest Father Vallus Serrin

An ornate, golden plated and gem encrusted case, the Reliquary of the Skull of the Highest Father Vallus Serrin is a holy reliquary of the Anointed Order of Adar, and is currently kept in the Cathedral of the White in the city of Wulfkirk, in a place of prominence in the main sanctuary atop the altar.
Vallus Serrin was the thirteenth Highest Father of the Order, and also one of the most controversial. While the Order has always been very accepting of outsiders and those generally deemed as the "lesser races", Vallus was incredibly progressive. It is almost solely thanks to his work with the various Inner Kingdoms of the Bowl that the elven genocide of the fourth century CM was finally brought to an end.
Unfortunately, not everyone was happy with the genocide being brought to an end. The Galarian Ethnarchy in particular, who had instigated the genocide behind the scenes in the first place were particularly unhappy with the new political situation. As a result, they decided to have Gallus killed. In a feigned feast celebrating the end of the elven conflict, the Galarians decimated all the visitors they had gathered together in their kingdom. Vallus was one of the unfortunate souls who were killed in this conflict, his head being paraded about the capital for the next few weeks following the massacre.
