Bloodthane Citadel
"Dwarf crafted walls three giants high, a gatehouse bigger than some castles, and more ballistae than ye can shake a finger at. This be the home of the Blood Iron Dwaves, my boy! And that structure there, carved way up into the side o' the basin, is the so-called citadel where the nobility live. No one's seen Nuraraam Bloodthane in a decade, however, and some people wonder if he's even still livin'. Don't bother me none either way, his men still pay good coin for our produce, and as long as they do I'll be singin' his praises." - A Perelan farmer to his son on their first trip together into Blood Iron Hall.
A stalwart facade, gazing over its perch halfway up the wall of the basin, the Bloodthane Citadel proper is little more than what you can see from the outside. The main wall and two partial walls are just an impressive show of dwarven ingenuity and architectural engineering. Inside the Citadel, however, is a different story.
