One of the most powerful Lich lords, Emperor Tasmoros Metilia lived and died nearly 700 years ago, having been one of the few male rulers of the Nevarine Empire. Tasmoros passed into legend when his reliquiaries were destroyed by the combined efforts of the entire continent, but the Imperial Church he founded claims his spirit lives on. Revered by many human animati as Gaea’s prophet to spread the power of undeath to Her followers, the Dead Emperor's flock are heavily persecuted by the major powers of the Human realms. Most magically inclined worshippers of the Imperial Church are arcanists and do not wield the power of Faith.
