The most skilled and famed smith-priest in all of the Lordships, save Forge Lord Elphas himself, High Artifex Vehyr has de-facto led the Lordship of Erebelle for centuries as the Forge Lord's chosen. He is infamous among the 'indentured servants' of the Lordships as the cruelest overseer there is, having sent thousands upon thousands to grim fates in the blasted wastes of the Spine Mountains.
