Artifex Conclave
The most skilled of all the priest-artisans in Erebelle compete every half-century for a place on the Artifex Conclave, the religious body which governs the Forge Lord Elphas's faith and the territories of Erebelle. The Conclave decides all the matters of state that their reclusive Lord leaves to them.
