Bechtel Cartel
One of the most feared criminal organizations in the human realms, the Bechtel Cartel has operated in the underworld for hundreds of years, specializing in alchemy and drug manufacture. The Cartel has branches in many cities, and is said to have their headquarters in Greykeep, moving across the river after the Bagdud;s conquest of the city of Malvas in 315 A.A. The Cartel has significant power across the Marches, but their influence overall has been challenged by the return of the Guild of Shadow Weavers, and the ever-expanding tendrils of the Auric Consortium.
