The Bagdud
The Bagdud, or in the Orcish language simply 'the Kingdom,' originated when the Orcish people were pushed out of the lands east of the Great Steppe by a vengeful empire. Migrating ever west in search of greener pastures for their horses, the Bagdud is ruled by a King, but he only loosely controls the various Orcish tribes, and at best can push them in the direction he wants them to migrate. The Bagdud first made their entrance to the Westerlands in the wake of the Great War in 245 AA, taking advantage of the weakened Empire to seize vast tracts of land east of the Red River. In the intervening years the Kings of the Bagdud have sought to reform the administration of their realm in the fashion of @Malvan and the old Nevarine Empire, attempting to institute a civil service and more centralized governance. This has upset many tribes though, which have set out to find new lands to graze and conquer beyond the King’s control.
