Ezio Telsaran is more than a harbormaster — he is a quiet architect of influence, a scholar of forgotten maps, and a man who has walked the borders of empires. To the public, he is a seasoned but unremarkable elven official. In truth, he has lived through six centuries of Asharan history, guiding change from behind ledgers and port chains.
His most famous title among sailors and wanderers is "The Azure Traveler," named for his unmatched knowledge of the Azureflow River, having journeyed every known route it offers.
Backstory
Once a rising star in a now-erased elven enclave, Ezio served as a diplomat, trade mediator, and intelligence agent. That enclave collapsed in the political chaos after the Ancients fell — leaving Ezio a free agent with too much knowledge and no nation.
Rather than fade into myth, he moved to Fjordhaven, where he saw potential in port infrastructure as a tool of influence. Since then, he has carefully guarded the harbor’s neutrality — even as nations burn and syndicates fester.
He has quietly prevented wars, diverted illegal arcana, and aided adventurers whose causes align with his own quiet mission: to keep the world turning, just long enough for something better to emerge.
