Torleif Lutsi is the head conjuration teacher of the Theithos College in the Dewin. He used to be an expert at Necromancy but since the Holy Spirit has become the personal religion of Emperor Elgast Rhufein II of the Rhufein Empire he was forced to step down from that position. Luckily for him, the position of conjuration head teacher was open.
