Goliath

The Goliaths are said to be descended from Giants. After the war against the dragons, some giants still remained in Arthenos and it is said that some giants used magic to become smaller. Still larger than ordinary humans, the giants mingled among humans as to deceive the dragons that they had all been slain. The Goliaths are the result of this connection between humans and giants. Goliaths are rare but one might see one in a larger city. But most of them go back to where their ancestors are from, retreating to the mountains for solitude.
