Ultharia
Ultharia, the newest town of the Empire, is a place of industry and war. It stands next to a sprawling forest that provides an endless supply of wood for the foundries and workshops, and a mountain range that yields vast quantities of iron and other metals for the production of weapons, armor, and siege engines. The very air of this place is thick with the scent of smoke and the sound of hammering and clanging metal, as the foundries and workshops labor tirelessly day and night to create the newest and most powerful machines of war for the Empire.
The streets of Ultharia are well-patrolled, with military checkpoints at every turn to ensure that only those with proper clearance may enter the town. Soldiers in the crimson-and-black livery of the Empire march the streets, their eyes ever watchful for signs of unrest or rebellion. In the foundries and workshops, teams of skilled craftsmen toil endlessly, their faces smeared with soot and sweat, as they create the tools of war that will be used to subjugate the enemies of the Empire.
Yet amidst the grinding gears and whirring pulleys, there is a darker side to this town. Mind-controlled slaves, captured in far-off lands, work alongside the free men, their vacant eyes staring blankly ahead as they labor without rest. The cruelty of their treatment is a constant reminder of the cost of the Empire's unquenchable thirst for power and domination.
Despite the grim nature of life in Ultharia, the people who call this place home are fiercely loyal to the Empire and take great pride in their craft. They believe that their work serves a greater purpose, that their creations will aid in the Empire's unstoppable march towards domination.
