Leaky Zysterne
This Underground Zysterne looks rather pleasant and vibrant with life, apart from the smell. It is the main hub for The Hands of Dawn and houses a bar of the same name and multiple black-market vendors that specialize in stolen and counterfeit goods as well as the necessary tools and gadgets needed for any proper thief. The Leaky Zysterne is located underneath Second Dawn.
After the first flooding of the Sewers by the 4th Empire Army new security measures have been put in place to ensure that the tavern can be magically sealed off in case of an emergency.
