One of the higher-ranking members of the The Serpent, Shiila has always had a knack for subterfuge and extortion. She loves her job and sees her self superior to almost anyone she encounters. This fatal flaw is what let her be defeated by theDaybreakers when they encountered her at one of the Serpent's hideouts.
Once incarcerated she was questioned by the empires head inquisitor Varis Runetracker but her mind was destroyed by her father Vizerius Sanguine before she could relinquish any information.
She was later freed by Silas Caparacov under guidance of Klaus Hagen and is currently in hiding under medical treatment since nobody seems to know what is wrong with her.
