Pronunciation - /LIE-fan/ Created by Shiwa by the order of Oum, Liphan existed to make. They were gifted with the power to imbue things with life, sentience, and the ability to grow. Before him was a vast world full of wonderful environments in which to allow this life to fester and play. His sister, Deshai, was incredibly close to him. With every life he created, she knew exactly when it was time for it to end. They were a perfect duo, and were perfectly in sync. As time went on Liphan would come to revel in his activities. He loved creating things, just for fun. He made many creatures as jokes or funny experiments just to see what would happen, knowing that if he made mistakes that Deshai could simply rectify them with time. This all went without issue, until he created the Dragonkind. The dragonkind were nearly as powerful as the divine at their strongest, and that made it very difficult for Liphan to control them. Liphan most commonly takes the form of a younger man in his mid twenties, with long blonde hair and sea blue eyes, much like his true form. He spends most of his time interacting with mortality, as he is absolutely fascinated by it. The things they do to survive and the ways they innovate and create is truly mind blowing to him. With the draconic he was bored, as all was so easy for them, but when he made the Elvenkind. They were fascinating to him. The way they created tools, harnessed magic, and formed communities was unlike anything he had ever seen, and he loved it. When the floods came, and he was given a blank slate to work with, he chose to focus on these lesser mortals simply because of how interesting they were. Liphan's faithful are rather common, as many of his aspects represent things like maturity, recovery, and renewal, and mortality adores these concepts. It's easy to gather around something like this, and people did. Churches dedicated to him all over know of his humanoid vessel, and speak of him as a prophet. A young man who bore visage of their lord, speaking his teachings and bringing his miracles. Many have followed in Liphan's footsteps over the years, and his faithful have done great things.

Since their creation, Deshai and Liphan have always been incredibly close, and though their holy realms are the furthest apart of any other, Deshai and Liphan always find time to see each other. They often spend time together in places of entertainment. Where the old and sick, and young and growing tend to gather at once. It's often said the two are seen in their material forms at large celebrations, carnivals, or sport-like competitions as they go on what many describe are dates. Their jobs differ incredibly so from one another, and so they value their time spent together as much as they can.
Nicknames & Petnames
The two refer to one another by their divine titles in almost an endeared way. Deshai refers to Liphan as "Queen", and her to him as "King". This is true in some aspects, as the realms of Goldenlight and Silverlight respectively are ruled by them, they've called themselves these names since before the realms were even created.
Relationship Reasoning
Despite their closeness, Deshai and Liphan don't share a genetic family connection. They were created by the same god, at the same time, in the same batch of six. Though the greater gods are referred to as siblings, and they often refer to each other as such, the two have become life partners regardless.
Commonalities & Shared Interests
The two have very different occupations, and very rarely meet in the middle when it comes to pastimes or interests with the exception of one thing. Mortals. They both adore them. Their habits, their lifestyle, their culture. They spend all of their free time at cultural events so they can learn as much as they can. Deshai specifically adores the interesting things created by Liphan, as in the end, when she gets her hands on them, they've all come to ash.
