This is the greatest library in the known world rumored to hold the History.

An elven researcher is seeking individuals to escort him to an abandoned temple he found on the coast
A writer working on his bestiary needs a group to help him hunt down and recover a Manticore, he knows of a cave nearby that is a den of two Manticore
Upon exploring the library you come across a book that is bound in wrapping with arcane seals
Architecture
A large marble structure divided up into 5 floors with a dome on the top.
SubLevel: This floor is considered to be off-limits to those without special permission. On this floor, forbidden tombs and magical secrets can be found.
1. Common stories and manuals on the various tools. The common political history of Eshia and the surrounding territories
2. A massive bestiary with stuffed corpses for proper anatomical analysis

History
The library was formed by the Order of the Lotus in order to gather as much of the known world as possible. The Order of the Lotus serves to further the Republic's arcane knowledge and gather the world's secrets.
