It has been 10000 years since the war between the Gods and the fallen. This war represented the last time the Gods directly participated in the actions of mortals. This war fundamentally altered the laws of the universe infusing the world with magical energies and ushered in the second era. The second era ushered in the war of Arcanum. This war pitted the users of physical energy vs those who specialized in the magic of the Gods. The ending of this war ushered in the third era.The third era quickly became known as the lost era as civilizations charted the world before suddenly ending.
