The Clock Tower

The Clock Tower has long been apart of Masgala City. It was presented by the Lazurite Academy to the kingdom of Ameriel as a gift of thanks for the kingdom's hospitality to the Academy. Rather unique in design as the tower doe not only tell time for all within the city who can hear it's bells, but also serves as an ever updating map of the Planes in relation to the Material Plane. None but the mages of the Academy know exactly how it operates. Still, it is quite a beauty to behold. Located in the Fourth Circle, it's bells can be heard from the Outer Circle, all the way to the Castle Ameriel.
