You paid the Blood Tax right? May I see the receipts? Very good. Please don't lose those. Right, let's go over some rules then shall we? Firstly, in the Necros Nation, Silver in any form is outlawed and possession of it is a crime against the Nation. Please don't try to smuggle it in, there are magics specifically designed to detect it so just don't. The crime is punishable by removal from existence for any Undead and death by feeding for mortals. Death by feeding is when your body is drained of blood for the Vampires, your flesh removed from your bones for the Zombies, your bones given to be consumed by the Bone Nagas, Skeletons of varying types ect., with your soul being ripped from you to feed the Phylactery of any Lich that desires it. Removal from existence for any Undead is to be put down permanently by any means that destroys you permanently.
Good! Now welcome to the City of the Dead! The gateway city of the Necros Nation. Here you will find lovely hotels, taverns and inns to reside in during your stay. All will serve foods for mortals or Undead as required by the clients. The shopping area has an array of wonderful goods imported from all of Arelia and even more produced only in the Necros Nation! This city was designed and built to cater to the all the needs of tourists, travelers and adventurers. Hmm? Who picked the name? What does that have to do with.......oh.
