Arcanist Kutson
Arcanist Kutson was an Arcanist of the Netherese Empire. He founded the College of Kutson and began taking in students. He was the inventor of the spells Kutson's Mind Blank (Modern day Mind Blank), Kutson's Antipathy/Sympathy (Modern day Antipathy/Sympathy), and Kutson's Programmed Illusion (Modern day Programmed Illusion). His goal was gain enough clout and funds to acquire the component materials required to raise his own flying city but the events of Karsus' Folly occured before he could accomplish this task.
