Naaz Roh Raar
Meaning "Home of the One Tribe," Naaz Roh Raar is a loose nation of Rohai, or tribes, of the central highlanders of Olveiria. The Rohai are very loosely affiliated into Four Great Rohai, occupying different sections of the Saltstones (or Olveirian Highlands). The Four Great Rohai are further divided into smaller Rohai, or extended families, each one living on a single hill.
As a whole, the Rohal value independence highly. Even so, each of the Four Great Rohai have a single settlement where their High Elder rules in matters of inter-Roh conflicts. The largest of these, called the Naaz Roh, is where a Highest Elder is elected in times of historic conflict.
