Occupying the northwestern Saltstones, Roh Luraffa are generally seen as the peace-keepers of the Four Great Rohai, often serving as mediators and a source of news between Mornalith and Tisrakan. They are also viewed as the shrewdest, and many other Rohals are taught not to trust anything an individual Luraffan says. The northwestern Saltstones has the highest rainfall of the highlands (though still fairly low), and the Luraffans credit this to their worship of Lalanal, a rain goddess that the Tsirakans call a combination of a Mornal water god and one of the Faces of Ushmirim.
