Short Man War

The Short Man War is known in history books all over Arceiron as being the tale of the literally shortest war ever.
It only lasted for 3 days that went as follows:

• Day 1: Declaration of War
• Day 2: Mustering of Troops
• Day 3: Battle and End of War

The Conflict

Prelude

Gigazag the Bold, leader of the Hooknose Tribe Goblins, told Barufum the Fat, leader of the Stoutbelly Tribe Goblins, that he was a sorry excuse for a warchief and that he should abandon his duties and kill himself.

Battlefield

The two goblin tribes met on the battlefield of Stonesilver Valley new the Mountains of Khazahk.

The Engagement

When the two tribes were about to start the battle against each other, a massive green dragon swooped down from the sky and started breathing poison onto the battlefield.
The panicking goblins tried to flee his wrath, but none survived.

Outcome

Both tribes got eliminated and removed from history in a matter of seconds.

Aftermath

There are really no long term-term effects as both goblin tribes were pretty insignificant and almost nobody even knew they existed in the first place.

Historical Significance

In Literature

Some scholars claim that the war has never actually happened and was just staged as a cautionary tale to prevent unnecessary declarations of war. Evidence for this theory comes from the fact that the name of the green dragon was never revealed and that green dragons haven't been sighted in the area that the battle supposedly took place in.
Further evidence comes from the fact that there are no records of either goblin tribe's existence, but this might come from the fact that most goblins can't read or write.
