Council of Elders (Edgemere)

The Kingdom of Edgemere is ruled by the KING OF EDGEMERE, but that rule is tempered by the Council of the heads of the leading families of the Valley of Edgemere.  These seats are hereditary, but can change over time in both number and membership as families rise and fall.
