Eflaria
Eflaria is the capital city of Arburg. On the edge of the city, the royal palace stands. Aside from Asmye (Port), it is the main tourist attraction, and many people migrate to Eflaria in search of a new, exciting life. The presence of the palace nearby adds to the attractiveness of the city. The Royal Family makes most of its appearances there.

They have a wide variety of industrial activity occurring in the city, but there is no real major one that it specialises in. It trades with and buys from almost all the other settlements in Arburg.
Infrastructure
Palace on the edge of the town, lots of buildings made of stone. It has an abundance and variety of services, most of which function with the hydro-tech that Pleosal developed. It is home to Arburg's biggest theater, the Dame, and there are many inns, taverns and restaurants around. Eflaria is also home to the Royal Eflarian Mint, where most of the Arburgian Silver coins are produced.
History
Eflaria has always been a major settlement in Arburg. Many people have emigrated from it and immigrated to it, making it an ever-changing city in all of its history. It has always been the capital city of Arburg.
Architecture
The buildings are made of stone and often have multiple stories.The houses here are the most impressive, as most of Arburg's higher class citizens live there. The city's middle and lower class housing is not obviously separtated, but the higher class nobles live on the outskirts of the city. Their houses are visibly the more expensive ones, often made of rarer stone wtih carefully polished outsides.
Migration
Eflaria has the most immigration of Arburg. Many people come in search of a new way of life in the great city of Eflaria. There is also a lot of emigration from the city though. Most of the settlements in existence today came to be because people got tired of their busy lives as Eflarians, and went off to discover new lands and settle there. Many emigrants go to Asmye.Nightlife
Although it has yet to outshine Asmye (Port)'s, Eflaria's nightlife is vibrant and lively. The taverns and inns are often rowdy and full, and a Friday night is the most packed night for the Dame (theatre).Geography
The Ashdare River runs through the heart of the city, and has become the most polluted river in Arburg because of the cities activities. The water taken from the river by the city's inhabitants has to be purified very thoroughly in order for it to be safe to drink. Many people on the edge of the city have dug their own wells for water sources. The river water is not really favoured as one, in general.
