Asmye
Port Asmye is the main trade center of Arburg, and also the second largest city, after Eflaria. It deals with the seventy percent of the imports and eighty percent of the exports of Arburg. The city is flourishing and growing due to the new ideas that are flowing in. Two decades ago, the town suffered a huge setback when the Mermaid Cyclone (Mermaid Cyclone) destroyed many of its ships and infrastructure, but since that disaster, the city has recovered with financial aid from the government. The strom was a wake-up call for them, as sturdier houses and ships were constructed inn response. However, many people carry a certain trauma form that time, as numerous lives were lost and permanent injuries sustained.

The main industries in Asmye are tourism, fishing (sea creatures as well as fish) and shells, which includes jewelery and tool making. The city is also home to the best ship makers in Arburg.
The main imports are iron, coal, rubber and exotic fabrics and spices.
Arburg's tourism income comes mainly from Eflaria and Asmye.

The Asmye Mint is also found there, which procduced much of the Arburgian Silver coins used.
History
Legend has it that the Lady Asmye came from the far waters and breathed on the coast to bless it with fruitfulness and good fortune. This city was named after her.

Nightlife
Asmye's nightlife is the busiest of all Arburg, even overtaking Eflaria. The most popular places for people to go are the taverns and the theatres. Althought the latter closes at 22:00 every night. The streets can be dangerous in the dark for lone people, but the docks are open and contain many ship guards, so the danger there is not as great.Geography
There is a river that runs through it, the Dragonfly Canal.
A picturesque beach can be found only about a kilometer away from the famous port, and many local innkeepers make their fortune off it. Glorious sunsets can be viewed from the white sand, and the beach often washes beautiful stones onto the shore, as well as shells, which are taken away for the shell industry that Asmye specialises in.
Natural Resources
Shells, fish, and other sea creatures are the main resources. Some sand for glass is taken from the area around Asmye, although most of the sand is taken from further up the coast.
