Lord Arthur Mark Clifton (a.k.a. Artie)
Arthur Clifton is William Harold Adley's best friend. They have been friends since they were little. Contrary to the serious demeanor of William, Arthur is known as the Jester, and he loves to joke around. "Hey Mr. Ronan, er, I mean your Highness," Arthur almost crashes into the king as he turns into the corridor.
"Good day to you, Mr. Clifton," Ronan greets him politely.
"Um, have you seen Willy? I'm lookin' for him."
"William is upstairs in his chambers. Be careful, Arthur, how fast you run around these halls. You might break something. i do hope you find him. Good day." Ronan turns the corner and walks away, chuckling to himself.
