Ter'garak

Ter'garak is a metropolis-sized city formed by massive stone and metal stalactite and stalagmite-shaped structures that run through a vast underground cavern. The stone spire at the city's center vertically spans the entire mile-high cave, while other spires sprout from the ground and ceiling, reaching great heights and great depths. Each of these spires is a large verticle town onto itself. Large ramshackle structures also hang from the ceiling like wretched hives of people, while bridges connect the different spires giving the inhabitants a way to cross the city. Known as the City of Blades, Ter'garak is a brutal city where might makes right, and the weak get trampled underneath or slaughtered. Ter'garak and its people are savage warmongers ruled by a powerful goblin warlord. A city and people that are perpetually training for and waging war. Ter'garak while not civilized in the same way as the surface, The Baleful King rules the metropolis with the oppressive hand who compels order through power.
