Ocean Bound Books

Ocean Bound books is Hamia's small, local library. It's collection focuses on nautical subject matter: trade routes, shipbuilding, tide and current charts, as well as maps of the inner sea.
A local wizard named Jean-Claude Delphinian not only looks after the collection of books and scrolls in the library, but also is the sole certified wizard to conduct arcane registration in Hamia. (see The Restriction and Regulation of Magic)
One of the books relates to a sea captain a century ago who left his journals to the library. It's dusty and forgotten because he talked alot and told tall tales but wasn't very topical - no one cared about his journals. But, he was also an adventurer and there are secrets in his journals if you can figure out what his ramblings mean.
The library is funded by generous contributions from the Temple to Nefasi - Hamia.
