Trevan is a Arcanus Tupian: Fae-touched Large-Eared Tree Shrew, he is a follower of Erosa Amor, the Goddess of love. She tasked him with encouraging lovers to forge lasting relationships. To this end, he uses the abilities that she granted him to prick them with love darts.
When on the "job", he can become ethereal (out of phase with this plane). He is able to sense the stirrings of emotions between two people, that can lead to love. When directed to the chosen couple, he shoots them each with a dart to intensify their emotions and plant the seed that they should be together. This is not a gaes, they still have free will, just a nudge in that direction.

Trevan stumbled upon Erosa in a glade while sunbathing. As punishment for watching her without permission, she gaes him to do her bidding for 10 years. She extended his lifespan and gifted him with powers to fulfill his duty. This gave him the Fae template and he became the first of his kind.
