Omni-Sensor
This is a forearm-mounted explorer's toolkit. It has almost any device a scout or explorer could need to do their job. A sleek, lightweight device that is strapped to the user's forearm. There is a central rectangular interface panel with holographic projections and touch-sensitive controls.
Many devices are built into the omni-sensor, including:
- Universal Translator that deciphers unknown languages in real-time, helping with communication with new people.
- Scanner that analyzes biological, and technological, provides detailed information on the composition, properties, and hazards.
- Monitors environmental conditions of the surroundings like temperature, radiation, atmosphere, floral and fauna that all help with exploration and deciding on if colonists can survive.
- Navigation both in space and on any planetary surface.
- Sensor Suite detects hidden objects, magical auras, technological emanations, and potential dangers that enhance combat awareness and exploration.
- Basic Medical Device measures vital signs and perform basic medical scans, offering limited medical assistance.
- Communication Device that enables communication with other similar devices, a base station, nearby ships, or stations.
- Emergency Beacon is also included to help stranded explorers.
These ancient devices are given to Explorers and Scouts as part of their employment packages, some Soldiers are also issued them as well.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
The Omni-sensor is unknown to all but its inventor Elara Vandersteller. She used a proprietary crystal technology along with Atlantium and a few other things that she created to help with the construction.
Manufacturing process
The first was hand-made by Elara Vanderstellar, but the next ones were made by a combination of her and the apprentices. The base crystal device was made by them, but the housing was made by another company, and then combined for the finished product.
History
This device was invented before the landing on Aquatica. It is an ancient device, that has a long history of use with the Explorers Guild section of the Atlantean Academy of Science.
Significance
This device is very useful for the exploration of the galaxy.

Raw materials & Components
It is composed of an alloy of durable materials like mithril, star metal, and beskar. The Atlantean Academy of Science created it and called it Atlantium. This combination of metals makes it extremely strong, very light, and durable. Cosmic energy was also added during the smelting process which gives it magical properties, resistance to damage, and energy weapons.
