Leopard (Cat, Great)

Leopards are one of the most numerous of all great cats. They have a large range and can be found on almost any continent of Aquatica.

Basic Information

Biological Traits

Compared to other wild cats, leopards have short legs and a long body with a large skull. Their fur is marked with rosettes. Similar in appearance to a jaguar, but smaller, lighter physique, and smaller rosettes.

Ecology and Habitats

Any land. They can live in every type of terrain from rainforest to steppe and anywhere in-between. This includes rainforest, forest, scrublands, swamp, plains, steppe, mountain, and arid areas.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Carnivore. The leopard prefers medium-sized prey between 22 and 88 lbs. They prefer to eat hooved animals including cows, pigs, deer species, byt will eat anything that catches their fancy.
