Changed Rite of Passage
This is a Rite of Passage celebration for the people that have gone through their first Change process. It is basically a party for their first change. Many even talk about their next change. The celebrant is accepted into the Order of the Changed and sometimes even takes a new name.
The initiate is first counseled by his mentor on his decision to be changed, the options he can choose, and everything else he could need. The Biomancer is talked to and an appointment is made. The knight before the initiate is introduced, there is a reception, then the vigil begins. After the vigil, in the morning he is led to the Biomancer where the transition and incorporation take place.
He is led from the biomancer to the ritual space, then the ritual can continue. The ritual continues, then the feasting and party begins. There is lots of drinking, dancing, and other types of celebrating going on. This lasts for up to a week.
Some celebrate every change at least with a party, but it is different for every person. To many the process is addictive, they get as many changes as they can. The biomancers are more than happy to accept volunteers.
History
