This is a very important building, it is the center of all communication in this sector of space. The Mother Stone can handle many comlinks/channels at a time. Although, the furthest away can only receive text or audio if it isn't busy. It is located in the central tower of the capital city, and it is manned 24 hrs a day in shifts.

Purpose / Function

It's a communications center, built to house the Ansible Mother Crystal as it needs to be in a stable location and climate controlled.
