Warrin Vex was a Regigalian Humans Swashbuckler Rogue, native to Nightdock. Warrin was a former pirate-turned-naval admiral who now leads the Tideborne Pact, a coalition of Humans and Merfolk defending the coasts of the town of Green Hook, after Isk Veilstep opened a dialouge between the two communities.
