The Silent Accord
The Silent Accord are a monastic order of Warrior of the Open Hand Monks, dedicated to the reduction of the influence of The Feywild on Apa Axas. While based in the Elven-rich region of Kthombru known as Loach Grove, the group consists nearly entirely of Kthombruan Humans. Their headquarters is based in The Monastry of Whispers.
Public Agenda
The Silent Accord believes that the Fey exploit mortal weakness through words and promises, so they train to combat them through discipline and clarity of mind. They maintain a strict vow of silence because of this.
Assets
Monks of the Silent Accord are masters of silencing Fey magic with pressure-point strikes that disrupt their spellcasting. They also practice meditation techniques that protect their minds from Fey influence. Their combat style is precise, targeting the vulnerabilities of Fey physiology, and will often employ iron knuckledusters and boots in combat.
History
The Accord was formed by a monastery whose monks refused a Fey pact, and were subsequently cursed. To counteract this, the monks trained their bodies and minds to resist and dismantle Fey magic.
