Doppelganger

Doppelgangers are a race of Monstrosities, thought to have originated on the The Putric Isles, but have spread to much of Apa Axas. They are characterised by their ability to change their appearence, near flawlessly.
While excellent at mimicry and espionage, Doppelgängers are noticeably less intelligent than other shapeshifters, and tend to falter under longer imitations, being more effective over hours or days, rather than weeks or months. However, their aggressive tendencies and propensity to not ask questions make them popular choices for assignation attempts.
