Hippogriff

Hippogriffs are a form of Monstrosity. They are a strange mix of Eagles and Horses, possessing the elegant aloofness of both creatures. While usually seen as feral, even aggressive at times, creature, efforts have been made to domesticate Hippogriffs, usually by High Elves or Wood Elves. This method of domestication can only be done by from hatching, and is difficult to maintain, as groups of Hippogriffs tend to fuel their aggressive tendencies.
