The Dawn Legion

Functionally the military of Oristhane, the Dawn Legion is a military order loyal to the Cult of Istha. The Legion acts at the High Priestess' command. It is notably one of Aotra's larger military forces; in context with Oristhane's dubious loyalty to the Circle of Nine, some outside of Oristhane see the power of the Dawn Legion as a threat. Perhaps in part to stave off such beliefs, the Dawn Legion is only minimally active outside of matters of ceremony.
