Aonaran (AH-o-NAH-rahn)
The Planet
Aonaran is the planet on which this entire world is built.
Geography
Aonaran consists of three continents, two of which are connected by a land bridge, and two major oceans.
Aeron is the continent that is primarily on the northern hemisphere of the planet. It is home to the majestic species of dragons. Southwest of Aeron is the continent of Elentiya. This is the home of most of the humanoid species such as humans, elves, dwarves, orcs, etc. Continue onwards southwest and you reach Morana, the Demon Continent. A bare continent of dark rock filled with ghosts and demons. Aeron and Morana are the two continents that are connected by a desert landbridge.
One of Aonaran's major oceans is the Living Ocean Via in the northern hemisphere. It is home to almost all aquatic creatures and plants. Its counterpart is the Dead Ocean Mortea in the southern hemisphere. Nothing lives there as far as the inhabitants of Aonaran know and no one dares to enter to find out.
