He is the village elder of Gardinest , going by the title of Provost. His brother is Taernak Mulas, Magistrate of the Court in Keylethia. He was handpicked by Lord Grogar Makta for the position, possibly after suggestion by his brother, the magistrate. He owns the The Bait and Tar emporium.
