Lord Grogar Makta

Lord Mayor of the city of Keylethia, he is of minor Raxinas noble origin and this is often held against him. He is not particularly incompetent, but is said to give in to corruption now and again.
Appointed to the post by Ganatt Wazelian-Senatar, whom he is a friend of, he enjoys considerable power by force of being in control of one of the most important harbours and economical hubs in the country.
His finances are well monitored and prosperous. Even so, his loyalties are often put into question.
